Josselyn Castillo
Josselyn Castillo is an Athletic Trainer at Castleberry High School.
Ms. Castillo attended Abilene Christian University for four years where she received her Bachelors of Kinesiology and Masters of Athletic Training. During her time there, she had the privilege of working in several settings that include the following: Cooper High School, Hardin-Simmons softball, Texas Tech football, TCU track, and almost every sport at ACU. She took her board certification test in January of 2023 and became a certified athletic trainer.
Ms. Castillo is from a small town in the panhandle of Texas called Friona. She has lived there her entire life with her parents and two sisters. Her hobbies include adventuring Fort Worth with her boyfriend Tory.
Her professional goal is to continue to increase her
knowledge in the field of Athletic Training and see where God takes her. Ms. Castillo’s
philosophy for this year is to provide the best quality of care to all students
and be an advocate for their health while developing relationships with
athletes, coaches, and staff.
